We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to support a participant based in Badger Creek, VIC. This role offers the opportunity for ongoing support as the client’s needs and schedule are confirmed.

This position is well suited to someone who is patient, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support in a respectful and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred support

• Assist with daily activities and routines

• Encourage independence and community engagement

• Support emotional wellbeing

• Maintain clear and accurate shift notes

• Build positive and professional relationships with the participant and relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Previous experience in disability support

• All relevant compliance completed, including:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Police Check

  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)

  • First Aid and CPR

• Reliable transport preferred

• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
